How Does CompostManager Work?

In recent years, composting and its best practises have come under scrutiny from regulators and with the updated industry regulations, it has meant there is now a greater need for a compost management system, this is where CompostManager is here to help!

CompostManager was created using years of industrial composting research in the UK. Using detailed analysis of data collected from fully operational composting sites, with over 500,000 set of measurements allowed a highly technical CompostManager to be created.

What does CompostManager do?

CompostManager allows composters for the first time to fully understand the processes and most importantly control it using their data. It is the world’s only compost control management system.

Four Way Single Probe

CompostManager is easy to use and works by using a single compost probe to analyse the composts temperature, moisture, oxygen and carbon dioxide levels simultaneously within a minute.

Web-based Software

Our unique CompostManager software analyses the results, which is then presented for the whole site or for each individual windrows.

Findings

Once analysed, the CompostManager system will produce simple instructions for the composter to follow, directing the user to either ‘turn’, ‘irrigate’ or ‘leave alone’ to ensure optimal conditions in the windrow.

Data

Data is recorded and stored in the cloud, creating history compost measurements for compliance purposes, with information accessible for auditing purposes.
